Falcon Ide Slave drive

I have a dual ide to cf adapter but when I use the HDDriver software, it doesn’t show the slave drive. I read I can use the Devices and Partition dialog to have the software recognize the slave drive, but it is not intuitive to me. Can some one describe exact how to set it up?

You must switch ON the ID 2.1 ...

Master = IDE ID 2.0
Slave = IDE ID 2.1

I must have accidentally done that yesterday because when I started the falcon this morning, it was recognized.
