Blocked from editing wiki

I tried adding a page to the wiki but I get blocked with a spam/deny list warning

I'm pretty certain I registered with a google account, although I can't see my profile as that gets blocked.

Cleantalked marked you as a spammer for some reason, i've removed you from the list.
