So I've got this sensor (link below) with a heat sensor cable that I won't be able to attach it to my 060 since I've got a heat sink and fan so I'm hoping I can just connect it to the THERM on my TF1260 ???

That cable isn't for the THERM pins. It's it's own sensor

Yes but I was hoping I can use this sensor connected to the THERM pins on my TF1260 since I can't mount the sensor onto the CPU itself as I have a heatsink and fan on top of the CPUterriblefire wrote: Mon May 13, 2024 1:51 pm That cable isn't for the THERM pins. It's it's own sensor

Re: can I use THERM pins on my TF1260 ?
The Therm pins are a sensor. All they are is a resistor that changes resistance with temperature. There isnt any kind of input into the the amiga that can read them. You need something like the solas board.f1lupo wrote: Mon May 13, 2024 7:54 pmYes but I was hoping I can use this sensor connected to the THERM pins on my TF1260 since I can't mount the sensor onto the CPU itself as I have a heatsink and fan on top of the CPUterriblefire wrote: Mon May 13, 2024 1:51 pm That cable isn't for the THERM pins.
