Time to turn my attention back to the PS4, which has no video output.

Or just get another PS4 and put the one you have in the spares box? They are dirt cheap. Gone are the times where PS4 owners thought they would part fund their PS5 purchase by selling their PS4. Add in the PS5 price reduction and boom.

£50 on FB Marketplace for unboxed slims with 1 controller.

We're in that sweet spot just before they become collectable.

And I just got a PS4 off eBay Powers on, has a display but looks like it has a bad HDD, so that should be an easy fix, warranty labels are still intact too.

Then at least I will have a working one and I can do some measurements on the HDMI circuit and compare to the WLOD machine.
