This is for ONE Unopened package containing 96 Units
Thus the unit price (without customs and shipping costs) is $30. Just find 95 other guys in your vicinity to make a group order.
Ah, I didnt pick that up!

I will retract my laughing out loud. :)

Thanks for keeping me in check @sporniket

How many Falcon owners are there on this forum?

Compared to being able to source them from other suppliers that's pretty reasonable!

I'd be in for a spare for my Falcon! :D

That is the stock what Wiztronics got from Brad. That is when we tried to do the group buy for a few years back.. That is when they turned down 12 grand offer for parts! And no that was not a typo. It has been mentioned and discussed before on the forum a couple of times already.

Basically they are never ever going to sell all that stock. I had here, or part of, their stock list and there are enough chips to probably redo every Falcon on the planet thousand times over.

In my view, Brad has tried to shift them over to Wiztronics to sell them more as a bulk deal. Not saying it is a bad deal exactly. But they literally have so many chips they could sell them at £1 and still make a couple million in profit . It is basically what put a stop to any hope of Falcon motherboards been produced again. Frankly I just find it annoying greedy and frustrating. But anyway all been said before.

Looks like the large heatsink and fan was physically ripped off the board actually.

Just 'cos the plastic bags haven't been opened doesn't make it collectable... Even if it were it's well over an order of magnitude too high a price. :-)

I think they think the thing they have is much more special than it actually is.

As it goes they are a little rare compared to other Atari 8 bit machines and £500 is not unusual, but at that price they'll have a long wait for a sale.
