Falcon 030 PSU kit

Post by HomeLate »

Hi,

I recently ordered two Falcon 030 PSU kits but each kit is missing a 47uF capacitor for replacing two 47uF and one 22uF capacitor. Can you pm which 47uF type I should order?

This can be helpful: https://www.atari-forum.com/viewtopic.p ... 36#p313110

Btw the voltages are not that important, most (if not all) capacitors are hooked on the 5V branch so even caps rated at 6.3V shouldn't give you any trouble.

Thanks @mikro. I used this list to recap my Falcon's. But the psu seems more urgent so I bought two Falcon PSU cap kits from Exxos.

Well the shop just says ripple filter capacitors but the original capacitors that you are replacing with the items from the kit will have the voltages written on them. As long as the replacements are the same voltage or higher you'll be fine.
