missing order history

News and information about the exxos store. Includes common questions and answers, plus information on new items for sale or items which will be coming off sale soon etc

missing order history

Hi when i enter the User Control Panel the exxos store, my order history is corrupt.
I receive the following message:

"Cannot view your orders as the email address or order number in your profile is invalid or does not match."

I cleared my browser cookies and history and cache but still have this problem.

Any ideas?

You need to do what it says and put a past order number and email address in the profile tab.

Looking at your profile you have the old token in there not a valid order number. So this is why you cannot view your history because this system was updated a few weeks ago.
