Support from builders tf1230

Is it appropriate to name any builder you've bought from that no longer replies to any questions or queries after you've bought it, i ask as it's happening to me and i'm sure it says on here someone they're duty bound to do so (within reason of course)

Yes. Keep it civil but it's fine to say who it was.
