This is what i'm basing it off. They might claim they do X on some webpage but i've actually been ordering frequently from them and so i know what they really do .

Even if I have to buy 5 PCB’s, that would be ok as a friend wants me to build him one.
I’ve built 50+ PiStorm’s from bare boards so a 536 will be a walk in the park, providing my sanity holds out

EDIT: Its hard enough dealing with all the bugs and hardware combos and software setups. I mean how spoilt are we if we're getting choosy about what colour the PCBs are.
