Or a PiTube 2nd processor.
Funnily enough, I was just thinking the same thing :)

Well, one and three quarters Electrons, surely?
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...

Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Yes, so a 6502 2nd processor for one Beeb, the PiTube 2nd processor for another, which leaves one Beeb with a TBD Tube upgrade.
Don't think there are any original co-processors for the Elk (happy to be corrected) - but I'm sure there are some options nowadays! :D

There are options, but Electron looks ridiculous like Frankenstein monster with so many sandwiched modules

Thanks, I have seen it, but not really read it in detail at all yet, though I do have one of Hoglets ULA boards to build, but no IC to put on it as they are like unicorns to get at the moment.

Basically a direct ULA replacement using available chips but no extra functionality.

Yeah, I may be able to make one of these before the FPGAs are available again. Going to have a proper read of the article soon, but my PC Engine and PS Vita just arrived, and it looks like the PC engine is going to need work...
