Yes topic is locked. There is no down arrow on Locked button and in spanner drop down there is no unlock option. Only one that is there that isn't on, say this topic, is "bump topic" which is usually frowned upon in most forums. Unless this is some sort of "bump it unlocked"?

It seems to me that once a topic is locked only a moderator can unlock it.

It seems the topic lock is one way  but I tried it on a test account before I even did the announcement. So not sure what's going on there.

Moderators can still unlock topics so if you get locked out bug one to unlock your topic until I can figure it out.

Edit. I think the problem is the hammer menu only shows for moderators. There seems to be some hacks for this, so will look into those..

*phew* I had to hack 3 scripts to lock & unlock topics user level as phpbb doesn't allow it normally. It sort of "pretends" users are moderators but only when the topic starter is trying to lock / unlock the thread. Pretty dumb only allowing the lock option but not unlock, took like 10 minutes do to the changes

Hopefully I not broke anything while doing it  :hide:
