OK, I found one on Ali Express, solder type, but it'll do the trick. Wish I'd looked there first, but hey ho, it says it'll be here in a week, so a bit more waiting.

Honestly it's absolutely fine, I really have no issues building up my toolkit

OK, so the adapter has left China, and Royal Mail says it's notified, so fingers crossed it'll be here relatively soon.

Royal Mail now have it and expect to deliver tomorrow

Quick test done with the old Nand and it's programmed just fine. I read the contents and did a quick compare and they do look off, so fingers crossed it is just the Nand.

I wanted to do a test, firstly to see if I could read the old one and re-program as @wub can keep it spare, but also for a test of soldering onto the adapter, which went extremely well, so geared up now for doing the new Nand later tonight
