Yes, it's a MIDI podule.

Would have preferred Ethernet with RJ45, but these ones are really hard to get:

But still better than nothing, as it expands the Archie's rear connectors.

The podules are considerably shorter than for the A5000 that's for sure. Still not got my NIC working, talking to CJE about possible solutions, but mine had to use an AUI adapter for RJ45, so another link in the chain that could fail.

I certainly agree with how hard it is to get hold of the Ethernet podules.

Approx 20 STs, including a 520 STM, 520 STFMs, 3x Mega ST, MSTE & 2x 32 Mhz boosted STEs
Plus the rest, totalling around 50 machines including a QL, 3x BBC Model B, Electron, Spectrums, ZX81 etc...

Fingers crossed, though if I can't get it going I'm sure I will be able to sell it pretty easy as they are so hard to find.

I was thinking about buying it, but the RJ45 version from ANT is definitely better.
