Ah, lovely...interesting how similar they are re size & keyboard! Are there many other significant differences other than the display?

(Note to self: add refurb of my NC100 keyboard etc. to the to-do list...)

The footprint is almost identical, and bar a dedicated spreadsheet button on the NC200, the keyboards are the same size and same keys.

NC200 is obviously thicker because of the display and FDD, and it has more features. I read there was an NC150, which was never released here, but which had the same software of the NC200, but in the NC100 form factor.

And yes, it's high time you fixed the NC100!!

Okay...something else I can do while waiting for a dummy PLCC chip for the plug-in STE accelerator (after fixing my first H5's floppy issue, repairing some original ST Epson floppy drives, building up the early Exxos IDE interfaces, various DualTOS kits for Mega's, STE's, recapping the 3x Beeb PSU's etc.)...

You still haven't built the IDE boards! Good job I was sitting down when I read that.
