Bought this new SCART cable for a VCR. Picture looked awful!

Tried the one I had from a broken new old stock freeview box and the picture is perfect.

Just because a lot of people agree on something, doesn't make it a fact. ~exxos ~

And it cost less than a particular STE DMA I've seen! (that my Atari hates)

So, does it have "oxygen free" wires?
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Windows Restarted by itself

Post by Cosmic Puppet »

Just got a Restarting screen in the middle of doing stuff. It resumed and reopened all the chrome tabs, just had to login things again.

RealTemp GT shows temperatures normal and check disk comes back okay.

*Edit* Turned out to be my antivirus pushing program updates.

The crap SCART cable?

p.s. It's slighty too short to be a skipping rope. :lol:

Yeah, obviously a "Monster" cable, oxygen free wires, ultra gold plated, blessed by Tibetan monks and cleaned with Holy IPA. Probably a mere £500.
