Woohoo. So nice to have a newly cleaned desoldering gun! Peace of mind. "clean mind.... eeer... clea.. clear.. er... something".

Re: Random STuff
Got some more Eiffel done. All tested and working.
Re: Random STuff
I "needed" an adaptor for an Inventronik ACSI-SCSI board I have. I already done an IDC20-ACSI so I used that as a part of the design to connect to my MegaST. Adapter is a IDC26-IDC20 and a BERG 4-pin connector. But I'm unsure if you could drive the board thru that. It's probably for termination power so I didn't use that and neither should you. But it is there, so deal with it... If you, for some Godforsaken reason, need this, the gerbers and the Eagle files is down below.
Re: Random STuff
Here is it all connected and the speed is not the greatest.
Re: Random STuff
I have made and ordered a PCB for C Zietz WiFi/SNTP clock for Atari with DB25 serial port. For fitting in a DB25 shell hopefully.
I bought some 100ml needle nose flask to have my liquid flux in since I kept tipping the other ones over and spilling it everywhere (Topnik brush flask). I have been using this for a while now. Works great.

Re: Random STuff
Nice PCBs sir.
I use those bottles for the likes of 3in1 oil (They are a bit handier than the 3in1 bottle)and contact cleaner as the aerosol is a bit too vigorous!!
I haven't tried Topnik in one, I'll give it a whirl, but my preference is for the brush, though I get what you say about knocking it over!!
What I do really like are flux pens with a fibre tip, they're great, and you've just reminded me I need to order a new one

Re: Random STuff
Dry fitting seems to be alright in the shell and I can even close it. I don't know if micro USB connector will fit since I don't know where they are at the moment.
EDIT: Apparently I didn't order the USB connectors. I wish I had made the board 1mm longer as well, but hopefully it will work anyway. Maybe a v1.2 perhaps.

Re: Random STuff
Soldered one of the Wifi/SNTP-clock boards for testing and everything seems to line up rather nice. The USB connector wasn't lined up with the hole all the time since the PCB was a bit loose inside the case. The solution right now is a piece of thick paper to prop it up a bit. Oh, and the hardware works with the software to get the current time of course.
Re: Random STuff
I soldered the last bits on a BlueSCSI v2 (programmed the Pico as well of course) and tested on a remake board. I used the Inventronik adapter in between so it's probably/maybe it that drags the speed down since BlueSCSI v2 can go faster.
Re: Random STuff
Soldered and programmed a Cubase Audio Dual Dongle.
