Switch number 7 off and check if at the desktop format dialog "HD Floppy Format" disappeared.

I finally found the issue, it seems that both cables I was using had problems. I made a new one and the floppy issue is now fixed.
All drives including the GoEx are now working, so now I can start troubleshooting other issues with this machine.

Many Nintendo G&W and other electronic games from the late 70s/early 80s.
