Re: A5000 - diving in at the deep end!

Sorry for arriving late to this thread (had a real life emergency x2!). Anyhow, as far as I can remember what happened with this... The machine booted to the 'No OS' prompt when I originally purchased. However, on opening up, I noticed the battery had just started its 'ooze of death' routine, so I s...

Re: The strange case of the Commodore 64 colour bands.

Sorry to hear all this. Maybe it now time you thought about a modern day VICII replacement? I've been keeping a very close eye on the Kawari project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4J3ENHCOHo&t=390s Also, Bill Herd has been doing some looking at the C64 schematics for the 40th anniversary. May...

Re: A visit to see mrbombermilzy :)

Re: Stuff and Things.

Hmm odd I missed it! Coincidentally, I didn't even notice the Speccy stuff a few foot to the right until the 2nd visit. Don't worry; it was mostly mag cover cassettes...the only thing I noticed was Horace Goes Skiing (but I have that already). And the Amiga...*ahem*...'games' were a hand wri...
