Glad I got my order in last weekend then! Ordered late on Saturday evening, delivered on Tuesday. marvellous!

Well, I won't be keeping them. I'll be passing them on to other enthusiasts at the Portable Computing festival in Cambridge in May. I've just not got the space. Well, I'll need exxos to attend as I need to give him a couple more ST motherboards in exchange for those A500s I agreed to re-home in a moment of compassion (I couldn't let him take almost everything he brought with him home now, could I? ;) ) Both of those are now working - so a major result there...

I think mono might work without the video DAC being fitted?
If so, you might be able to test a lot of functionality before you fix/bodge on all those wires ...
