My order of the build is 

1.    CPLD
2.    Bus switch x4
3.    All 100nf caps x10 (8 on top and two on bottom C11, C19)
4.    SD ram  x2
5.    1K Resistor arrays x2
6.    Volt Reg
7.    10uf caps x3 (Top Board)
8.    22uf  caps x3  (Top board)
9.    Crystal Oscillator 
10.  1uf  x4 (Bottom board inside PGA socket )
11.  10uf  x3 (Bottom Board)
12.  030 pga socket (Optional) or 030 CPU
13.  1k  thick film resistors x2 ( by IDE header)
14.  44 pin IDE header socket
