SEQ-MIX (Sequence Mixer)
------------------------
This Template enables you to generate a complex mix-track to automate your
sequences. You can create a SMF mix-list for most GM/XG/GS instruments.
(It is possible to modify the Template for other formats if you have the
GenEdit manual or previous experience at editing GenEdit Twemplates). The
mixer allows you to edit 17 different parameters on each of the 16 MIDI
channels. Once you have edited your mix, the SEQ-MIX file can be saved as
a regular GenEdit file or export it as a "RAW" binary file that can be
converted to a SMF using the MEX2MID program.

SEQ-MIX v1.9.3 features include:
    1. A PDF file that can be printed to create a hard copy of your mix
before you begin programming SEQ-MIX parameters on screen.
    2. An "On-line Help" file is provided in the Editor.
    3. The "Patch Name" you write for your mix is saved as an XG "Letter
Display" that is included in the saved or exported SEQ-MIX file.
    4. The XG Letter Display can be set to any device number, or disabled.
    5. SEQ-MIX is very fast and easy to use.

Notator SL Users: Though it has not been tested, the manual states that
GenEdit will work under soft Link. This should allow Notator users to
record parameter values of the SEQ-MIX Editor directly to a Notator track.

On-going mixer development: SEQ-MIX v1.9.5 is currently in development
and will work as a GenEdit "Controller Template" as well as an Editor that
allows you save your Patch, or export it as a "RAW" binary file. Unlike
v1.9.3, this new version will act like a controller as well as an editor.
(individual parameter values are transmitted to your instrument whenever
you activate a control).

Additional parameters may be added such as XG Channel EQ (treble and
bass), XG Global EQ, Sound Canvas EQ, and more NRPNs that are supported
by the XG, TG300, GS, and Korg NS5R/NX5R formats.
