What do you listen to?
What do you listen to?
What kind of music do you listen to and/or make?
I'm mainly a rock person (classic/punk/alternative). My three favorite bands are The Beatles, The Clash, and The Pixies. I also like ska (all kinds), dub, big band jazz, and of course: chip music! Chip has got me a little into other kinds of electronic music as well, such as dubstep and breakcore.

Re: What do you listen to?
Hmmm, what do I listen to most? Depends on my mood, though I do like things that are different. I tend to listen to Peter Gabriel and bands that are a little different, like Affrocelts. I listen to electronic music, orchestral music, rock music, in fact anything that catches my interest.

Re: What do you listen to?
Anything which satisfies me as a musician. I listen to and experience music very differently; in the years before I became a musician I was more affected by the overall sound and emotions, plus the lack of understanding and knowledge meant that everything seemed very magical and enchanting. In the years since becoming a musician I have a much more analytical and critical ear; any glaring errors or perceived faults make me squirm or loose interest. This is not something I deliberately do, it is simply the natural process of becoming more informed and then more curious about the whole process of making and recording music. Sometimes I wish I could unlearn what I know, so I can experience music in a more innocent and natural way. However I have gained far more than I had before too, so once I discover music of a high enough calibre, I am really thrilled. My favourite band is still Queen though and has been since I was approx eight.

Re: What do you listen to?
all kinds of songs I always listen, I do not really like choosing which type of track that must be heard. but in Indonesia it is very popular with dangdut and keroncong.

Re: What do you listen to?
Very difficult question. Except jazz and some hardcore electronic, I listen almost all kind of music (metal, rock, punk, alternative, techno, electronic, classic, opera, country, blues, new age, pop, funk, celtic, etc.). As some people mentioned, depending on my mood. For example, this morning on the bus I was listening Frank Zappa. Right now at the office I'm listening Kraftwerk. You can see, completely different styles
