cubase steem & NVDI

Post by fabienm »

Hi,

I'm wondering if it is possible & useful to launch NDVI 5 on steem.

Does it enable to speed scrolling graphic of window score for an example ? :o

I'm trying to use the program but the install prg asks a number serie ?

What should I write ?

It rejects any random fingers. I thought it was a freeware program :|

thanks for help

Nvdi replaced many of the in-built GEM api's with faster ones so you still have all the original features of GEM and the ST, but with faster screen drawing/refresh. I've never tried to run it on steem, mainly because if you needed a little more speed you could just bump up the CPU speed.

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work, however don't expect too much when it comes to scrolling in score edit.

If you download the package from here, there is a text file with the serial number within the zip package.

Hi, I have NVDI 3.1 running on Steem and it works fine. But cubase on steem makes no sense, sorry. The cubase crackd version 3.1 is not very stable on steem and the timing in bad. Better you try cubase on a real ST. And no cracks 8-)
