most (all?) downloads not working?!!?

thank you for maintaining this very nice piece of site!
Why are the downloadlinks dead? I did not test everything, everywhere indeed...

Which downloads? A few months back I went through quite a lot of the links to check them and all seemed well. Is there anything specific?

Also which browser are you using?

I've found a problem with the vintage sysex editors box on the front page but that was the only issue that I was aware of up to now.

Update 1

A couple of broken links have been found, including the Cubase Audio links (Which broke when I first took over here and fixed so not sure what happened there) and a couple of the C-Lab Notator links.

I'll look through the rest as I go through the day and see what else I can find.

Update 2

Links corrected on C-Lab Notator and Steinberg Cubase Audio pages, including both original and cracked file locations, FDI Init, studio module (Plus DMaker) and Midi Mixer links.

All links should now be working again under the Warez menu

Ah, there are 2 pages with these links on as there is the Rokstories page (On the front page) and one under Falcon Audio Software on the Warez menu. One works the other does not, however I shall work on correcting that now...

After some time trying to fix the links (And failing miserably with the same errors) I decided to change it into a straight article which directs you to the download page, which does work fine.

It seems I can link to external websites, but anything internal it tries to link as a document and not a file, however linking to a document works fine. Also if I link to the page through rokstories, it breaks the links in the page I link to. Some research needed me thinks...

Not quite what I had in mind, but it is working now.

Where on earth are you picking that link up from? The link should be http://www.atarimusic.net/Atari-Music-N ... sybeat.zip which is what I get when I hover over or click the link.

That's exactly where I am and it's working for me on my iMac in Firefox and on the powerbook, however safari on the powerbook is not parsing the link properly and gets the same issue as you.

So. looks like I may have to hard code the links rather than rely on Joomla! to do it...

And the hard coding is done. Do a complete refresh (Shift and refresh in Firefox, possibly ctrl and refresh in IE, I'm not too sure) and try the page again

As a final measure I've also purged the cache from the server too, working in Safari again, as well as Firefox on all my machines here.
