NVRAM Horror - Thank you!

Post by AlaskaCC »

I recently purchased a Falcon. I knew in advance that the NVRAM was shot. The seller said he could not get the settings to "stick". I read everything I could about replacing the NVRAM. I am so glad I found the article here about replacing the dead NVRAM with a socket.

It took me a few hours of anxiety and sweat but the process worked just as described. I am very grateful for your help!

What time is it? Hold on, let me check my Falcon's NOW working clock.

It's always nice to know that something on the site has been of use to somebody, so thank you for sharing your news with us.

Credit for the article has to go to the sites original founder Donovan, and I do hope he still pops round and reads this.
