Soundpool

Post by Metrophage »

I have been using my Falcon for years for MIDI, but I am only now trying to use it for sound also. There are many great sample dump tools out there, but less it seems for DSP and multitrack work. It would have been easier if I was looking 10-15 years ago.

Some of the most inspiring programs I have heard about are those from Soundpool, but I can never find them anywhere. Anybody here use Soundpool software? Their download page is still up, but the links are broken. Are there mirrors of this anywhere?

Hi, many of the links on that page are over 12 years old and quite a lot of the software was developed by other people. However the Falcon version of Zero-X will be available here once the site is back up and running, and I may be able to get the ST version as well for regular ST users.

Hopefully things should be fully up and running soon.

Sorry for off-topic, but maybe You'd be also interested in this editor:

Lately I try to make music on it (classic Falcon, so I keep stayin' with 10 channels only) but the sound is still far better than PC sound-cards.
If I have anything ready, I will put here some link.
