Looking 4 Midex+ factory modification document

I read all around the web that there is a 2 A4 side document for modification of MIDEX + ( red one ) to work with Falcon 030 /// anybody have this ?????

I have 2 Midex + would like to try to mod one of em !

I did have that document in PDF format a while ago but heard different Thi gs about the modifications success rate, including stories of Falcons being damaged by incorrectly modified Midex+ units.

If I do find it again I'll happily sent it however any modifications done are at your own risk.

As I remeber one of the tracks is cut while another is re-routed through a capacitor though it os a few years since I looked at the document itself.
