Not sure whats going on there, seems there is no valid download link, its nothing I have changed, so actually no idea what files they are supposed to be linking to ? Assume it was broken on the original site aswell.

The files are likely still on the server, just the download link doesn't actually do anything. only ones I can find are a 4 disk set, so assume those are the files you have ?

I have both, the 4 disk set and the cracked version of Notator.

I've fixed the links on the page. they should be working.

I think the problem is the original AMN site must have allowed directory browsing of the site and my server doesn't allow that.

Clear your net cache, likely your cached the previous copy.

No, it´s not the cache. the links do not work for me on any machine:
http://atarimusic.exxoshost.co.uk/Atari ... ck-MCA.zip

http://atarimusic.exxoshost.co.uk/Atari ... L-3.21.zip

Anyone else, who wants to try these?

I know what the problem is:

Please check the used slashes in those two links. You have mixed up forward and backward slashes in the links.

At least Firefox cannot deal with "back slashes" in links, while these should be foreward slashes, normally.

I use chrome here :)

OK, ive updated the links. You are right though, they should be forward slashes. That came about as I copied the path names from windows rather than typing in the whole line :)

Works now.

Here are a few more broken links:

1) Link to Notator MCA version
http://atarimusic.exxoshost.co.uk/index ... Itemid=221

2) Same here:

Thanks,

I think theres a folder problem , because there isn't a warez folder for starters, but the files are there, just in a totally different path. Theres a a lot of files, so likely there are going to be a lot of work to fix them all. Problem is, I already downloaded all the article pages and got them on the new site.

Probably better to wait until the new site is more operational then check the links on that, otherwise im going to end up fixing pages of links twice, and fixing stuff on here is a right long winded epic because of all the joomla crap

If anyone does want the files, I can post them on here if they can tell me the filename. Its not ideal, but there is so much wrong with this site its just not worth spending the time on keep fixing it :?

The new pages look pretty much like the current ones, just they are not going though joomla anymore. I can do changes in a simple html editor really fast and uploaded them in a second.

If you want to help test the new site , then I can PM you a link to try. But due to time restrictions, I haven't got much time to work on it currently.

Yeah, all you say makes a lot of sense to me.

I will be happy to assist beta testing the new site - whenever you feel it´s time to get it tested.
